Responsibilities: Technical management of Chernobyl NPP and surrounding area of post-accident decontamination, recovery of Units 1, 2, 3 after the accident, re-commissioning and operation of unit 1,2. Design and construction of the Shelter Object and its maintenance after erection. Task management of the military troops participated in decontamination and recovery of the Chernobyl NPP Units.

Responsibilities: Creation, development and management of the national nuclear regulatory authority after disintegration of the Soviet Union; development of Ukrainian nuclear safety regulatory regime; development of nuclear legislation and nuclear and radiation safety regulations; safety evaluation of NPP, waste management facilities and other sources of ionizing radiation; staff training, licensing and supervisory activities; creation and development of Scientific-Technical Center and Ukrainian Radiological Training Center.
Responsibilities: Company and projects management, analysis of QM/QA and managerial practice at NPPs and waste management facilities; Quality System development; nuclear installation safety analysis; nuclear and radiation safety regulations development; etc.
